She specializes in Business Enterprise Valuation and 409A valuations, dedicating significant time to analyzing spreadsheets, financial statements, and conducting thorough industry research to develop reliable and well-supported valuation figures.
Vrushti values the entire process—from gathering data and testing assumptions to building detailed models and clearly communicating results to stakeholders who may not be familiar with complex financial tools.
Currently leading her own independent valuation practice, she manages engagements comprehensively, overseeing research, modeling, and reporting with equal care, regardless of the size of the business. Holding an MBA in Finance and a BBA, Vrushti is driven by a passion for problem-solving and embraces the challenges that come with detailed financial analysis.
